Favorite Harbor Condos
These condos located in Ocean City were built in the late 60s and in need of a facelift!
Work is being done in two phases. The first phase consists of the two street side buildings. All off the existing siding which included vinyl, wood, aluminum and asbestos siding were carefully removed.
New siding consisted of using James Hardie Shingle with James Hardie Board and Batten on Building 1 and James Hardie Plank on Building 2. All trims were completed with solid pvc boards to give the exteriors a true maintenance free finish. Decks were then completed with new stainless steel cable rails.
