Located right on the boardwalk in Ocean City, this condo were in a desperate need of a make-over that included new roofing and siding.
Shore Siding Inc. worked with the architect and condo association to complete this job in under 2 years, in 2 separate phases.
New Andersen and Therma Tru doors plus Viwinco windows were installed to replace the existing doors and windows in most units.
The existing aged roof was replaced with new CertainTeed Landmark shingles.
All decks were repaired and coated with poly-urea. The rooftop decks had all of the existing fiberglass removed. They were then re-pitched, new plywood installed and coated with poly-urea. We had to be very mindful when doing the roof top decks as they were over living space.
A combination of Alside Vinyl Shake and Alside Vinyl clapboard was installed along with all new pvc trims and custom raised panels. New seamless gutters and downspouts were installed.
To finish it off new 42 inch high vinyl t-top rails were installed to all decks.
